I like the location with lots of food choices. And as a traveller, it is a big plus to have the KLIA Eskpres so near. Staff are very courteous. Note: May I suggest a 5 scale rating instead of your 4. It's easier for the rater to have a mid point (average standard) from which to move left or right.

Everything was very good! Staff has always wondered if everything is okay. They always brought clean water and toilet paper. Everything is at the highest level. Thank you ?? we will come back again to this hotel ?? The price and quality are the same. The administrator Murugaa and Staff especially Amin was very attentive are understanding and kind, polite and friendly, attentive! Love this place

Once I was finally checked in, he didn’t provide any details on the room location, the Wi-Fi password, or breakfast information.BreakfastThe hotel doesn’t have an in-house restaurant. Instead, they provide a voucher for a nearby restaurant called ABC. At ABC, breakfast is limited to a menu where you can only choose one item.Overall, I’d rate the hotel as just average – not great, but okay.

The location is great for convenience. It’s very close to KL Sentral train station, so easy to access the airport too. Lots of great restaurants all around.
The check-in process at the front desk took a long time. We even had to wait for the card charging machine to charge up (it was unplugged and flat).I also didn’t like having to pay a 50% surcharge for the privilege of checking in 2.5 hours early.The bathroom floor was constantly wet due to a leaking pipe.

Staff seems like lack of training (reception to the housekeeping), do housekeeping by just go inside unannounced and by force ( no greetings etc)..dirty floor (lots of thrash under the bed)..lack of basic toiletries, no minibar for deluxe room..not worth my money at all..this is my first and last staying here..

the location! many restaurants are open 24 hours, there are also many mini markets. close to the Nu Sentral mall which is connected to the central station so it is very easy if you want to take public transportation. I took a deluxe room, cheap price for a large room size, clean and comfortable. I checked in at 2 am, the staff was still on duty and the check-in process was very fast. I always book this hotel when on holiday to Kuala Lumpur!
